Welcome to Stöckel&Friends

Supporting young musicians and delivering music-related coverage, that's what we do at Stöckel&Friends, a registered charity based in Oberammergau. The two features we are best known for are our own festival Reggae meets Skatepunk and our coverage of the Chiemsee Reggae Summer. Both events now lie behind us, so now there is time for new ideas. We are a rather young association, having recently celebrated our first aniversary; but young we are also regarding the average age of our members whixh lies well below twenty. Thus, it is all the more important for us to establish ourselves. We want to become a reliable partner for young talents as well as for event hosts and, of course, for fans.

Having until now only delivered music-related coverage from the Chiemsee Reggae Summer, we want to expand to a larger variety of events to provide you with the latest information. 

Promoting young musicians is a complex issue, and we do not want to focus our attention on just one project. Nevertheless, our festival Reggae meets Skatepunk in Oberammergau was a good start. Our objective was to bring young talets on stage together with well-known musicians. Doing so, we were again very successful this year and are looking forward to our 3^rd RMS next year. But still we want to expand our support beyond these two genres and plan to realize new ideas in our region in 2012. We are really happy about every little help we can get and will continue to cooperate closely with regional businesses. On the following pages we will try to outline our work and our future plans. We would be very glad to welcome you back regularly.
